What tools am I given to manage my Introducing Broker business?

Commission & down line
Your dashboard is where you can view a complete list of all the clients you have referred, your Introducing Broker Wallet and your commission balances. You will also see detailed commission breakdowns on this dashboard, allowing you to check that everything is correct.

You can withdraw your commissions from your Broker Wallet to your bank account from this dashboard. Alternatively, you do have the option to transfer your Introducing Broker commission to your Live Account, allowing you to trade with these funds. You will also be able to see a history of all the withdrawals you have made from your Introducing Broker Wallet.

Performance Dashboard
The Performance Dashboard is broken up into 3 different charts. The time period for all of these charts can be changed allowing you to view information for a day, week, month or year.

The first chart is called Commissions. This chart shows you the daily amounts of commission you have made as an Introducing Broker. This chart makes it easy to see daily fluctuations in your commission. The dotted blue line is a trend line that shows your average commission over the time period you selected to view. The goal is to ensure that this dotted blue line continuously increases and has an uptrend. The same concepts above apply to the Volume (Lots) and the Registrations chart.

The second chart is the Volume (Lots) Chart, and this chart shows the total lot sizes your clients have traded. The final chart is the Registrations Chart and as the name suggests this chart shows the number of registrations you had on a specific day.

Commission settings
When a client opens a Live Account with QuickTrade, they have a choice as to how their trading fees are charged. Some clients prefer a spread account, where they are charged a spread, while others prefer a commissions account, where they are charged a commission when they trade.

As an Introducing Broker you will receive an amount OR a percentage of the spread or commission charged by QuickTrade, when your referred clients execute a trade.

The Commission Settings menu is where you will see a commission table that shows what amount or percentage of the spread or commission you as the Introducing Broker will receive when your referred clients execute trades.

Please note that we pay multi-level commissions. Our compensation plan allows for commissions over 3 levels. This means that you will earn commission from clients that are directly connected to you. Should these clients decide to become an Introducing Broker and they introduce clients, these clients will be your Level 2 referrals and you will receive commission when they trade. The same applies to Level 3 referrals.

Marketing Tools
Get access to pre-approved marketing tools that can be shared with potential clients.
Links: The first sub menu under Marketing tools, is the Links menu – this is where you can create your own IB links that must be used when you promote the business digitally. Each link you create is unique to you and when a client completes and submits a registration form using the link, our system will automatically assign it to you.

Generally, IB’s will create a unique link for each different channel they are advertising on – e.g., a unique link will be created for Facebook and a different one for LinkedIn. The QuickTrade system has been designed to keep track of how many people clicked on your link as well as how many completed and submitted the form. The advantage of setting your links up like this is that you can track where you are receiving the most successful leads from and focus more attention on those channels.

Banners: The second sub menu under Marketing Tools, is the Banners menu. This is where you will find all the pre-approved banners that you are authorized to use. It is essential you use these banners as they meet the requirements set by the Regulator.

As per the T&C’s of your IB contract, you are prohibited from designing and placing adverts that you have designed, without our knowledge and consent. By using the approved banners ensures that both the IB and QuickTrade advertise within the required legal framework.

To use the banners on your website or social media channels, you will need to click on the “Get Code” button. A pop-up menu will open with a selection of two options for each advert. The first selection will be for the link you will be using. This will be one of the unique links that you created earlier in the process. For example, you may have created a “Website Banner” link and “Facebook Advert” link.

If you are creating a banner for your website, you will have the option to copy with the HTML or JavaScript code and insert it directly into your website. Once the code has been added the advert will be live with your unique link embedded. This means that when someone clicks on the banner, completes, and submits the form, our system will recognize it as your client.

Additionally, there is the option to share the banner and link directly to your Facebook page or profile. To do this, simply click on the “Share on Facebook” button. This will take you to Facebook where you can type a short description and post the advert. Again, if someone clicks on the link, completes, and submits the registration, our system automatically assigns it to you.
